I give 10 for great service, and 1 for reliability. I bought my first macbook in feb. 2007. It gave me nothing but trouble, the display hinge kept making noise, got it serviced and it was still making the noise. Harddrive fails after 1 month getting serviced, went back to apple store for repair second time. 2 months later, LCD screen starts flickering and still have that hinge noise problem. Brought it back to the store to be diagnose again, they decided to exchange me a brand new CORE 2 Duo 2.16 ghz black macbook. So i guess that was a good thing. Overall, apple quality is not all that great, but they sure do have good warranty policy and service.

i heard that their it\'s only 90 days? thats not that good says my HP lapop

90 days toll-free phone service. Warranty is still a year for all Apple products.

no, the warranty is only a year if you get the 185$ care plan. and 3 year free phone service vs the 90 days.

no, i really think it is a year of service with only 90 days phone service. there wasn\'t even an option for a 185 care plan where i bought mine. the computer just comes with a year warranty (limited). where did you hear it was only a year with 185 care plan??
