really not a good idea! kind of defeats the object of the quick releae (magsafe) power connector. Trip over the cables and the whole lot will hit the deck

this looks to me like an apple store showroom machine. nothing to trip over, and they dont want it to walk away all that easily anyway...

i know, that track pad is huge! it takes five minutes to get from one side to the other!
